Charlie Soh is currently a Ph.D. student in the Biostatistics department at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Neurological Science. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master’s degree in Statistics from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He has experience in machine learning and statistical learning, he has experienced worked in a Small Cell Lung Cancer survival analysis project, and Covid case counts prediction using wastewater. Outside of works, Charlie is a runner and like to solve various of puzzle.
